Professional 3D Architectural & Product Rendering Services
We are a specialized three-member 3D visualization studio committed to transforming architectural drawings, design concepts, and rough sketches into photorealistic visuals. Our small, agile team structure allows us to maintain direct communication, uphold strict quality control, and consistently deliver high-end projects on schedule.
To ensure client satisfaction and seamless project execution, our operations are divided into clearly defined functional roles and sequential workflow stages.
Team Roles & Core Responsibilities
- Acts as the single point of contact to ensure seamless communication.
- Reviews client inputs (blueprints, CAD drawings, reference mood boards, and finishes).
- Establishes project milestones, manages production schedules, and monitors delivery timelines.
- Conducts initial brief alignment to prevent misunderstandings and revision delays.
- Constructs precise, scale-accurate 3D models from 2D drawings (DWG/PDF), sketches, or BIM files.
- Creates interior, exterior, landscape, or product geometry with clean topology.
- Curates and integrates bespoke 3D assets such as furniture, fixtures, decor, and vegetation to match design specifications.
- Develops realistic PBR (Physically Based Rendering) materials, textures, and custom shaders.
- Configures natural daylight, artificial lighting schemes, and atmospheric moods.
- Oversees final rendering and applies post-production color grading, depth adjustments, and background integration in software such as Photoshop.
Standard End-to-End Workflow
Our structured 5-stage pipeline guarantees clarity, client involvement, and zero missed deadlines:
- Briefing and Input Analysis
- Collection of architectural drawings, floor plans, elevations, material schedules, and reference images.
- Confirmation of output specifications (resolutions up to 4K/8K, aspect ratios, view angles, and target delivery dates).
- 3D Modeling and Camera Setup (Milestone 1)
- Drafting the basic environment and structural elements.
- Sharing “clay/greyscale” viewport renders to lock camera angles, composition, and focal lengths before texturing begins.
- Client Action: Approval of camera angles and basic massing.
- Texturing, Materials, and Lighting (Milestone 2)
- Application of realistic wood, marble, metal, fabric, and glass finishes.
- Implementation of realistic day/night lighting setups.
- Delivery of low-resolution preview drafts for color and lighting sign-off.
- Client Action: Consolidated feedback on materials and finishes.
- Revision Implementation and Quality Assurance
- Incorporation of agreed client revisions (up to two revision rounds).
- Internal cross-checking of all details against original blueprints to eliminate visual artifacts, scale errors, or mismatched textures.
- Final High-Resolution Rendering and Delivery
- Final computation of high-resolution stills or panoramic 360° views.
- Post-processing, contrast balancing, and final touch-ups.
- Secure delivery via cloud storage in standard high-res formats (TIFF, PNG, JPEG).
How Our Team Ensures 100% Client Satisfaction & On-Time Delivery - Direct Access: You communicate directly with the artists working on your project, eliminating delays caused by corporate layers.
- Milestone-Based Approvals: We secure client confirmation at each major stage (camera angle -> lighting/materials -> final output), ensuring no time is wasted on major late-stage changes.
- Buffer Timelines: We incorporate a dedicated 24-to-48-hour buffer before the final deadline to address minor adjustments without compromising the launch schedule.
- Photorealistic Standards: Every render undergoes dual-member internal review before submission to maintain commercial-grade realism and aesthetic appeal.
